The Institute of Environmental Quality is a 501c(3) scientific, non-profit corporation. It was founded in 1986. The products of the Institute are scientific studies on topics ranging from developing a rational basis for architectural design review to developing a rational basis for scientific peer review. Over a hundred studies have been done to date. This web page contains pdf files of recent studies.
